Compassionate Care for Every Stage of Your Journey

Every journey to and through parenthood looks different — and so does the support we need along the way. My services are designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re processing loss, navigating infertility, healing from birth trauma, or adjusting to new stages of life. Together, we’ll create a space for understanding, healing, and growth at your own pace.

Infant & Child Loss

Losing a child is an experience that changes you forever. Together, we’ll create space to honor your loss, process the grief, and begin to rebuild life in a way that acknowledges your love and your pain. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting — it means finding ways to carry your child’s memory forward with tenderness and meaning.

Birth Trauma

When birth doesn’t go as planned, the emotional aftermath can be intense and isolating. Whether your experience involved medical complications, fear, or loss of control, therapy can help you process what happened and reclaim your sense of safety, trust, and empowerment in your body and story.

Infertility

The path to parenthood isn’t always straightforward. The emotional toll of infertility — from cycles of hope and disappointment to feelings of inadequacy or isolation — can be overwhelming. In therapy, you’ll find a compassionate space to express what’s often left unspoken and explore ways to nurture yourself through the process.

Surrogacy

Surrogacy can be a beautiful and complex journey, filled with both joy and emotional challenges. Whether you’re a parent through surrogacy or a surrogate yourself, therapy can help you process the layered emotions, navigate relationships, and feel supported throughout this deeply personal experience.

Postpartum Anxiety
& Depression

If you’re struggling to feel like yourself after giving birth, you’re not alone. Postpartum depression and anxiety are common and treatable. Together, we’ll work to ease intrusive thoughts, guilt, or overwhelm, helping you find balance and connection as you adjust to life after birth.

Parenthood

Parenthood is rewarding but also full of emotional complexity. From identity shifts to relationship strain, many parents feel pressure to be perfect. Therapy can help you navigate these transitions, manage expectations, and rediscover joy and confidence in your role as a parent.
